Watching streaming TV on website.

I've seen some old threads on this problem but wanted to see if xfinity has fixed this.  When I watch TV on my new laptop with Windows 10 the picture is blurry like there are half the frames per second compared to my TV.  Its really noticeable if I try and watch sports to the point of being annoying.  I've used multiple browsers and have an ethernet connection with very high speed.  Works fine using YouTube, etc so know its the xfinity website.

I've downloade the app onto my iphone and it works great.  I've even had a tech over and he saw the same thing and his manager confirmed the same problem from their house.

I can't believe this is happening!

How do I fix this.

a tech will have a PC to demonstrate the stream site works. I have a $50 (when new) chromebook that even streams perfectly. there may be a driver issue, etc. (part of your machine).
