Unable to Stream after Cable Modem change

I changed my cable modem yesterday. Since then when I try to stream Live TV either on the Stream App or on the Stream website, I am unable to stream some channels and get the message that I am not connected to my home WIFI. I am in fact connected to my home WIFI. What can be done to fix this problem?

Is this the userame/password for your wifi?
