Stream not showing all recordings

I have several recordings from a "local" channel in our HOA. Although I am on my home network, my computer does not display these recordings in the stream menu.

the home DVR has more storage space than the cloud DVR (that your computer is able to use).

"Storsgase space" limitation doesn't stop it from offering 40 hours of other recordings. It really has something to do with the "local" channels not being available via network access - can't stream them live, either.
