I have the same problem using the new Microsoft Edge Canary.xfimnitystream.pngthe error

No, it is on a Mac Pro. The new Edge uses the same engine as Chrome. Chrome works though. It would be usefiul if Xfinity told us what those error codes mean. Flash is allowed as is proprietary content.

No, I see the exact same error.  And The new Edge and Chrome use the same engine. That said, Chrome works on mt Mac.

Resolved in Chrome 60 for Windows.  These steps worked for me:

 

  1. Menu button (Upper Right Corner)
  2. Settings
  3. Menu button (Upper Left Corner)
  4. Advanced
  5. Privacy and security
  6. Content settings
  7. Protected Content (last item at bottom of list)
  8. Allow sites to play protected content - this must be enabled.
  9. Allow identifiers for protected content - this must be enabled.

Shortcut:

 

chrome://settings/content/protectedContent
