Ours started having issues about 11:20 Eastern.  Live TV kept kicking out to the guide, then freezing up.  Chat support said there is an issue on their end.  Not sure if he said that just to get rid of me.

Now only some of the lower channels work.  Our particular problem is on our home network.

rebma, thanks for reaching out about your app issues. Are you able to duplicate the issue on another device? Have you attempting uninstalling and then reinstalling? Let me know.
