I can’t play my Amazon Prime purchases through the Prime App on my Xfinity box. Done all the troubleshooting steps, reboot, unregistered, reregister the tv. I can play them using my Samsung Tv remote through the smart hub but not using the xfinity remote. Get error code 9068. This just recently started happening. Was fine 2 days ago.
