Playback Error on Streaming website

I upgraded to the tv streaming service days ago.  Below is the error I get on ANY computer on ANY channel while attempting to live stream tv.  I've tried on all my phones and when I try on the android app the error says Playback error 106000  (error 43).

 

How can I get this fixed? I'm paying for a service that I cannot see, this is ridiculous.
