What is going on with PBS having no sound?

If I try to stream live from PBS on my computer (on my home network - you have to be on your home network to access live stream from PBS) there is no sound. Also, for the past few weeks, PBS shows that I have recorded and are available in "For You - Xfinity Stream" also have no sound, just video.

Goto settings. Select Languages. Select secondary sounds. Should have sound then.
