a comcast employee will have to deprovision all of the authorized streaming devices for you. an employee will usually respond there within 72 hours or you can call 800-Comcast, select tech support, then ask them to transfer you to the app support team. request deprovision of your streaming devices.

Hi, Helpme9991. Thanks for patiently awaiting a reply from us! Sorry to hear about your concern with the additional user. What is interesting is that if you changed the password to your online account, that user that was using the old password should no longer have access. Since it seems they still do, we can manually remove all devices from using the service and you're welcome to manually add whichever ones plan that you plan to use going forward. Please send us a private message with your name so we can make that happen. This link may help as well: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-authorized-apps-devices.

To send a private message, please click my name "Comcast Support" then select "Send a Message" on the right side.

We look forward to helping you out. Thanks!

Helpme9991, as we have not heard back from you in some time, I have closed this thread to further comments. I hope you were able to get help removing any undwanted persons from having access to your account for streaming, but if you still need assistance, please feel free to start a new thread.
