Error when trying to stream to PC/Chrome

I get "Error ftde.xact.3321.1107296356" when trying to stream using a Windows 10 PC with the latest version of the Chrome browser. The site setting have Flash set to allow and  Flash is set to allow https://www.xfinity.com:443.

When I go to https://www.xfinity.com/stream/ , allow flash, I get the attached message.

MIcrosoft Edge works.

I've cleared the cache, logged out, reinstalled flash, installed the PPAPI version of flash, rebooted. 

The only unusal part is I recienty had to reinstall Windows and all my applications. I expect this might have something to do with it.  

Any Ideas?

Problem Solved. 

I disabled all my Chrome extensions and then reenable them and the problem went away.
