Error createDrmSession.403-102 on TCL, modem shows as registered on my Comcast account with its MA

Error createDrmSession.403-102   on TCL, modem shows as registered on my Comcast account with its MAC number.  Was working before.

 

I cannot figure out how to DM Comcast employees using the xfinity Community.  Could someone tell me how to do that please?  Cliking on the emplyee's name seems to bring me to a page with the employee's post, etc, but no obvious way on how to DM.  Thanks.

Me too! So frustrating- spent 3?hours trying to fix. Called Xfinity - no help!

@17bedford17 - I can check your account if you send me a private message with your full name, account holder's name (if different), CM/HFC Mac address of your modem.  Click on my name ComcastElla, then click Send a message.
