Error create Drmsession.403-102 - please help

9 days no resolution.  Teir 3 tickets still open.  Did every troubleshooting technique.  On the phone over 30 hours.  Tried every forum technique.  Please forum techs, reach out to me and fix this issue and please don’t tell me to call Comcast and have them reprovision/old account/billing etc I tried multiple times.
