Error TVAPP-00148

  • I just purchased a Samsung RU7100 TV. I followed instructions to download the Xfinity Stream Beta App. I can see the channel listing when I choose a channel I see the little dots like its connecting, but then the TV goes black. it says error TVAPP-00148 can you help me as I cannot seem to find out what that error code means

if you are able to play the recording on a smart phone/device at the same time and location connected to the same wifi then uninstall the stream beta app from the Samsung (or factory reset the TV). using the TV remote check for TV firmware updates and keep updating until there are no more to install. unplug the TV for 30 seconds or so from AC power. Plug back in and reinstall the app. be very careful to accept the terms and conditions. working?
