DVR No Longer Available on My PC

DVR No Longer Available on My PC

I'm no longer able to see my DVR when I log in to my account on my PC. I'm using the latest version Google Chrome so this shouldn't be an issue.

Check your latest bill to be sure you are paying for DVR seervice.

What indicates you can't access the DVR?

My recordings are there.

Thanks for the reply. I just checked my DVR via my remote on my home TV and it's working. Just not on my PC. Weird.

please check to see if the recordings show up on a smart phone/tablet.
