I will test more channels later.

I called Xfinity customer support; automated system told me to reboot my system.  I couldn't tell if it was recommending the cable modem or my Windows 10 Personal Computer.

Any suggestions?

My account = subscriber to 200+ channels, HBO, Internet = 75 Mbps

Unknown if this matters.

begin by using a smart phone/tablet and the xfinity app on your own home wifi (assuming you have the X1 cable channel and internet subscription). do the channels work normally there just like a set top box (numbered channels)?

Thanks Rustyben

Issue of 08/17/20 resolved.

Connected (tested) today without issue.

The issue was a transient problem.

Yes, cable channels (TV) and Internet Subscription.

Testing: Yes, same issue on three (3) different Windows 10 systems, Edge, all updated to current, Xfinity Stream did not function correctly.   Checked down the matrix, ran out of steam (brain cycles) for more channels

Testing: No, did not try Xfinity Stream (X1) on my Android Pixel or tablets.

Cable television worked.  I watched Television instead of my computer screen.
