I have used closed captioning before.   Changed websites and now can't get it too work again.  I go in. make changes and update.  Get nothing.  <sigh>

use same website tv.xfinity.com  - the bubble icon on the video screen that appears when you move the mouse allows you to turn on/off the caption.
