Channels differ between devices

Hi all,

I do not use the Comcast DVR box I have been provided. Rather, I use the Xfinity stream app which is available on my Samsung Smart TV. However, the iOS app on my iPhone has Channels that are missing from my tv app’s lineup. For example, channel 192 (WGN HD) is not in my lineup on the TV, but it is available and viewable on my iPhone, among other channels.

I would love to get this resolved, as I want to see my Cubs games on my TV without the hassle of airplay. Any help would be appreciated!

run the xfinity my account app, TV tab and touch the link for subscribed channels. do you get all of the listed channels there? (your subscription)

I am able to access the channels on the Xfinity stream app on my iPhone, as well as from the Xfinity website on my iMac. The channels are listed in my lineup on the Xfinity website. However, the channels are missing on the Xfinity Stream app on both of my Samsung Smart TVs.

this is a separate list that you can access on the smart device xfinity myAccount app (TV tab, link to see your subscribed cahnnels). Trying to help you determine if the 'extra' (or missing) channels are actually in your list of subscribed channels on the myAccount app.
