Channels automatically stopped working. Can't get a hold of a soul.
My tv channels stopped working. I usually watch HGTV, Fox News, sports ect ect. I have the $104 month package that I been overpaying for, for the past 8 years. I changed nothing, bill is up to date and paid on time. But my channels all say subscribe now.
Trying to get a hold of an agent is like getting a hold of waldo in africa.. Trying to find the phone number to call and talk with someone is like finding a needle in a haystack.
The amount I pay a month for this terrible service. It shouldn't be this hard to get a hold of one agent. Help?!?!

are you watching in-home? did you try a smart phone/tablet and use the stream TV app?

I stream on tv with the xfinity app. When I use my computer and stream on my computer, it says the same thing. I have to subscribe.

go to the my account smart phone/tablet app and sign in. touch the TV tab. check the TV tab then touch at the top "view channel lineup". are you able to see channels there you are subscribed to and then use the stream app to tune to those channels while connected to your own home wifi connection?
