Can’t watch all shows when in home WiFi

It says I should be connected to in home WiFi. But not letting me watch even when connected to the xfi directly. This started since they upgraded my cable modem. Happens on laptop and iPad even after reinstalling the application

run the Xfinity my account app and sign in. go to the internet tab. under equipment is there one or more than one gateway/modem listed? touch the gateway/modem listed and compare the shown 'serial number' with your actual gateway modem's HFC MAC Address (exact character by character). same?
