Can't Record on Streaming?

Is it true we cannot record on streaming right now? I don't own or rent a DVR anymore, because the limited space online was sufficient but now it seems I cannot record at all?

without a home DVR set top box, you will need to call 800-Comcast and select customer service and subscribe to an instant TV package. the last I heard if the instant TV does allow you to record from the app and storage is limited to 20 hours, streams at same time limited to two.

Thank you. I did eventually talk to customer service today and after 45 minutes was finally told that without a she I cannot record streaming. Interestingly, none of the people I spoke with suggested this "instant tv" you mentioned. I will check it out. Thank you.
