Your an X1 customer, you do not have a Flex box. You will need to return your current boxes and get an Xi6 device if you want flex -Flex does not include your local broadcast channels.

On X1, if you Say my account into the voice remote you’ll be able to see what your paying for from the “current bill” screen.
