xfinity streaming error

I get on screen message:
"Sorry!"
NA
OK
(Error tvgridchunk.NA)

I can't get to Live TV. Got to exit back to Apps selection screen, then re-select xfinity app to go back in and it's okay then.
Thanks!!

Yes, forgot to mention that I'm using a Roku Streaming Stick+ Software Version 9.1.0 • build 4919-50. When I get the error it's usually when I just watched a "Saved" show and then try to go back to Live. So I exit Xfinity Streaming back to the the Roku Home and Select the Xfinity Streaming Channel to go back into streaming and then can select "Live" TV without getting the error. It's like it resets something.
Thanks Again!!

exit the app, highlight the stream beta channel and press the * (star) button. remove the channel. unplug all connectors from the roku device for 30+ seconds and plug back in. reinstall the app. working now? edit: also before you remove the channel note the version. I'm on 3.6 build 2. my roku is build 4919-51 btw.

I have the exact same problem (Roku stick as well).  When I have a chance, I'll try the suggested solution ...

I'm looking at the same error right now.

I have Xfinity but have a Roku TV with the Xfinity streaming app in my bedroom.

Pushing "home" to get out of the app then going back in works as with all the other glitches. Sometimes my channels will not populate. Other times it shuts down for no reason in the middle of a show and I need to reload it. I suspect it has to do with my internet speed. I do have a lot of devices on my wifi...technology.
