My Xfinity app stopped working on my Samsung TV. It has worked fine for months and now I cant coneccted to your app server.
the app server belongs to and is run by Samsung. uninstall the app and unplug the TV for 3-5 minutes. Plug back in and use the TV remote to check and install firmware updates. if install available install it and reboot as above. check for TV firmware updates until none are offered. then after last unplug after firmware update, go to the Samsung store and find the Xfinity Stream TV app and install it. be sure to accept the terms and conditions or the app will not work. fixed?
