xfinity stream on samsung crashing

i have a samsung model UN55MU800  software version t-ktmakuc-1270.3, BT-S.  It works ok for a day or so and then stops working.  exit the app and restart it and then it seems to work ok .

 

1 -- I was told by comcast Customer Service that my tv is not supported --but I saw it listed ion an article that said it was.  Could you please verify thta it is supported?

 

2 -- I just installed the software over the seekend -- is there a chance ther is a new version that can be picked up if I reinstall.

Moved your post to the stream app area of the forum. the standard for the problem with beta stream app is uninstall it and remove power from your TV (and all connect unit) for 30+ seconds. then plug back in and reinstall the beta stream app. sign in carefully answering the terms of service question(s). working?
