i have reinstalled the app, resigned in , restarted the modem. restarted the roku players and keep receiving tv-app 10010 error on Roku players.
are you signed into an account (user) that has stream privileges? main account? is the wifi connected directly (wifi or ethernet) to your home wifi not to a vpn? does a smart phone/tablet connected and located in the same place at home connect to your TV subscription (plays numbered channels)?
