"Connect to in-home wifi to watch."

I've seen the questions here but can't find a definitive answer regarding not being able to watch some channels on my new iPad.  I'm using the Xfinity app, and I am connected to my in-home Comcast wifi with Comcast hardware, so what's the solution?

note: moved post to the stream app area of the forum.

when connected to your own home wifi your ipad (if the iOS is at least the minimum level) should be able to access any and all of the numbered channels, TVgo channels, on-demand both in home and tvgo videos, as well as all recordings (in progress only available while on your own home wifi) that are completed.  if you are having problems, try another device connected to your own home wifi (desk/laptop, smart phone, tablet). same issues? the answer to this leads to next steps.

Thankyou for your reply, but I think I've found out the problem.  Apparently my Xfinity app on my iPad doesn't like me using my Nord VPN.  As soon as I disconnect from it, I can watch all channels.  Very odd.
