no longer any color images on menu pages

Recently, I've stopped getting the color images of different programs appearing on the For You page on my Galaxy S10 phone.  Also, many of my recorded programs fail to open on the phone reporting "You can still watch this On Demand" (they open fine on the TV), and Live programs take a long time to open from the buffering three dots.  Under Favorite channels, I no longer see the colored logos of the different channels (like ESPN, FS1, etc.).  It shouldn't be an internet problem as other functions and apps are fine using WiFi.  However, if I switch to cellular data (turn off Wifi), all the color images load and the recordings can be viewed.

I've tried deleting cache, uninstalling app, powering off phone, reinstalling.  To no avail.  My old S7 phone's Stream behaves similarly.

Peacock app, YouTube, ESPN work fine on the S10..

Anyone else having this problem?  Have a solution?  Maybe it started with recent upgrade of Stream app?  How do I get the app to work with WiFi again?

I saw the suggestion to reboot my Xfinity Gateway modem.  Things seem to be working better now.  Maybe that was the trick!
