i got tv today. on the way home i check my channel list and am shocked to see that the local channels aren't listed. i am able to access them on my cable box and also are able to record them. but on my xfinity stream none of these recordings show up. i know i can't watch local channels when i'm not on my home network (which i am because they sent me home without a splitter so i can't get internet and tv at the same time). but i've been able to watch recordings on my parents account that were made on local channels. 99% of my recordings are on local channels and i got this so i could watch them remotely. i told the salesman that and they still sold me this extremely lacking package. ripped me off. now i'm locked into a year contract with something almost completely useless to me.
still getting nothing. tech came out waste 1.5 hours of my time and didn't fix anything.
Same thing is happening to me. Close to a month already reporting the issue and no valid answer I get. More users should continue to report this because xfinity is being quiet about the issue.
