error create drmsession 403-102
Reading through the reponses on this error code, noticed one of them mentioned make sure the Gateway numbers match. On my Xfinity App it shows the serial # as 5CE30EFC1249 but on my modem the # is 5CE30EFC124A Can you help me getting this fixed?

please sign in and edit your post to exclude the first 8 letters of each modem #. call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the agent to update your modem serial number (HFC MAC Address).

I thought that was too easy. I was looking at the Gateway MGMT MAC ID, that ends in 124A
My HFC MAC ID matches the one in my comcast app.
Un-installed and re-installed, but no luck, still recieving the error.
Any ideas?
