How can I sign someone out of my stream tv account it doesn’t show there device. I know they are using it because it shows recent watched and I haven’t watched the show that it’s showing.
change the password to your xfinity account (not wifi). then verify that you don't have a user assigned to your account that has their own account to use to stream (sign in to xfinity.com - not the streaming website- and go to account and users. have any users there change their passwords too. then call 800-comcast and select technical support for cable TV, and then ask that agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask the app support team member to deprovision all of your streaming devices.
