Xfinity x1 and Fire TV

I was told at the Xfinity store that most smart TVs and my Fire TV sticks would support the Xfinity App. I have not found it on my LG, Sony, or Samsung TVs.

I also have not found it on my older and new HD Fire TV sticks.

Am I missing something
