Xfinity stream error 6201

I just installed my xfinity stream for an iPhone. CS told me I can watch local channel on it. But when I tried to watch one of them. I’m getting playback issue 6201! Plus I can’t find any local channels beside nbc. And nbc got the error.

Which iPhone model? Did you try uninstalling/reinstalling the app?
