Xfinity stream app on Roku
App version 3.6 build 2
When I open the Xfinity Stream app on my Roku, I get the following error message:
Error createDrmSession.403-102
I have tried signing out and back in. Is there anything else I can try?

call 800-comcast and select technical support for cable TV. ask that agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask the app support team to refresh your 'app' entitlements. this is not the 'sending a hit' to your home equipment nor is it the X1 menu 'refresh'.
