For the past 2-3 weeks my xfinity stream app on my iPhone and laptop are not working. There are only 4 channels showing up under live tv which are some weird ones like sky news and cheddar news. Not all of my channels are under the networks and most of the shows I usually watch are gone. I have called Comcast three times. They keep resetting the system and saying someone from a different department will call me back. Which they haven’t and it’s been a week. I looked it up and saw that Comcast needs to refresh my entitlements, but the Comcast staff are not listening. Is anyone else having this issue ? Can someone advise on going about to fix this issue. have you moved or changed your gateway/modem lately? for a good test, sign in at xfinity.com and select account then users. create a new user and use that new username/password to sign in instead of your own normal username. working?
