Xfinity does not recognize my home network on any devices

I'm having problems of watching tv on any device at home, computer desktop, laptop, tablet and iphone.  The Xfinity Stream app and Xfinity.com think I'm away home and I therefore can only watch tv-go channels.  The issue just occurred a couple days ago and there were no changes in my network equipments.  Thank you.
