Xfinity Streaming App - No sound on NBC
I have a Roku tv and have the Xfinity Streaming App. The NBC channels (regular and high def) have no sound. It had been this way for 2 days. I tried other channels and they have sound. Switched the SAP on and the off, updated the app, but nothing has worked.

are these live numbered channels? have you tried the same channels on a smart phone/tablet and on a desk/laptop PC? do the other devices work with sound? did you try on-demand programs from NBC? (do they have sound?)
