The Xfinity Stream Beta on my Roku stopped working. The app will start but no pictures load and nothing will play. I eventually get an Error .DRM -2 message. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app and logged out and back in numerous times. This app was the main reason I even purchased a Roku. Everything worked fine a few weeks ago. Help!
could your total number of streaming devices in use at one time be more than five? (five at one time is the limit with at least one set top box in the home).

Are you still having the issue after checking how many total devices you have?
I see, Well, let me pull up your account and see what I can do to help. I might need to generate a ticket if troubleshooting does not work.
