Beginning the week of October 21, 2019 sometime, after launching the Xfinity Stream Beta for Roku, when attempting to access the Saved section of the app, where favorites and recordings are, the section will instead exit the app and I'm returned to the Roku app menu. All other sections (Live TV, Browse, Search, Settings,) appear to work as usual. This is happening on both my TVs, one with an installed Roku Express 3700X and a Roku TV.
I am having the same issue since 10/25. There are several other threads about this so it seems to be widespread. No word yet from any official Xfinity reps about it.

I just talked with a service rep. They sent a signal to my Roku or modem/router (not sure which) and the problem was fixed. They are aware of the issue and can fix it if you call them.
