Xfinity Stream App

Can someone please deprovision my account? There is someone accessing my Xfinity stream app without my permission. I've changed passwords, username etc. I've talked to numerous representatives who assured me this would be fixed. Please help

They wont do this over the forum.  You have to call them.  Good luck!

We have initiated the deprovision process for your devices. You will be signed out from all devices when this takes effect in our system, but keep in mind that it sometimes takes up to 24 hours.

hello...i need help doing the same thing ... anyone who may be currently watching the stream via my account need to be logged off...please help me with the deprovision process...no one seems to know what Im talking about and how to help when I call customer service!!!
