When I try to watch something on the app it tells I can’t because I don’t have a subscription but I am subscribed to that channel but the app is saying I am not.
what device and app are you using? is it a 3rd party app or the xfinity stream TV app? do you have set top boxes in your home? recently moved?
It is the xfinity stream app on iPhone.
if you use another device or a computer seb browser to stream does it work then?
