Xfinity Stream App Not Working
Is anyone's Stream app still working? Xfinity Stream App has not been working on any of my family's devices (iOS, Android, or Roku TVs) for over a week now. I have also been unable to get through to Comcast customer service. The 24/7 chat keep giving me notice of maintenance in my area in five days and "unable to assist you at the time" message after 30 minutes wait on the phone.

Same problem here. My browser keeps navigating to https://www.xfinity.com/stream/purchases. The only thing I see is to get an Xfinity App Support tech to refresh my app entitlements.

hi, did you by chance swap out a gateway/modem? did you return all of your set top boxes t just use streaming devices?

I can't reset my modem through my phone. In fact, when I go to Xfinity on my phone, I'm directed to the same https://www.xfinity.com/stream/purchases website...no matter what browser, or what computer I use.

on a phone you would use not the browser but the xfinity my account app. sign in and go to internet tab. then troubleshooting, reboot. or unplug modem for 30 seconds.
