Xfi App says "Need Upgrade" & Stream App - Shows 12 channels

It won't let me connect via the xFi app on either my pc or apple products.  It keeps saying, I need to upgrade but it is a brand new modem/router/gateway from Xfinity.

 

Issue started in August 2019.... To date this is not resolved

Hello @Theferstman, we're sorry for the inconvenient experience. For your issue with "only 12 channels", could you please confirm that you see more channels on your set-top-box than on Stream app? And please make sure that there are no filters applied on your channel grid.
