XFINITY STREAM APP - SOUND KEEPS CUTTING OUT
I have been using the Xfinity Stream on my iPhone 8 plus without any issues until this morning. I downloaded a few tv shows to my phone and when i try to watch them the sound keeps cutting out every 15-30 seconds.
I've tried rebooting my phone, uninstall app and then re-install app, logged out and then back in and still having the same issues.
Any suggestions to fix this issue?

have you upgraded to the newest iOS version? did you try removing the app and then shutting down the iphone completely for a minutes or so then restarting the iphone and reloading the app?

I ahve this issue as well. sound cuts out, stream still going- I see them talking but I can't hear them. If I stop and then start the stream the sound comes back (don't even have to quit the app). I am on iphone SE ios 13. this started wiuth the "upgrade" to ios 13.
Anyone hgave a fix? Very annoyin when I'm on my bike and I have to pull over to get the sound back

I have this issue too. Started with the forced "upgrade" to ios 13. I;m on an SE. I got a replacement phone. same issue so software, not hardware. Happens ALL the time. very annoying. I have gone to other apps that don't have this problem.

I have this intermittent sound issue too, plus after the latest update, the app seems to have a mind of its own. I stop the app to take a phone call and it starts up again and bleeds into the ohone call unless I close the app entirely. am on iphone ios13.3.1
