Does anybody know how to fix this error message
what device are you using? are you on your home wifi or aother person's wifi, or on cell data?were you using the xfinity stream TV app? did you try the same channel on a desk/laptop or a different smart device?
Home WiFi, Roku ultra, Streaming app can not access weather channel from pc or smart phone either
Pc with goggle = no internet
Pc with W10 = flash error
Iphone Xfinity stream = no internet connection
There is an issue in a database. call 800-Comcast, select tech support for cable TV. ask the agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask the team member to reprovision your streaming device entitlements. if someone talks about sending a hit to your home equipment they do not understand. this is for app/streaming website. if the team member seems confused ask for a supervisor.
for the iphone: settings app, wifi and select your own home wifi and sign in if necessary. use safari and go to dslreports.com (test). did it load? if so, launch the app and see if it gets you to a menu.
iphone error is now Connection Error 3305
sorry but streaming is not allowed outside of USA (licenses).
