Unable to sign into Xfinity Stream app

Unable to sign into Xfinity Stream app

Whenever I go to sign into the app, I get the following message:

“Something went wrong. We’re sorry, something unexpected just happened. Please try again.”

I’ve tried turning the phone off and on, deleting and redownloading, etc. Anyone have any idea what could be going on?

is this an iphone or android device? have screen mirroring turned on? are you connected to your own home wifi and have any VPN service turned off?

Hi. I am having the exact problem. And it doesnt matter if i am trying on my LG phone or my Chromebook. What can I do?

the Chromebook needs to use chrome browser and the stream website. Since this is the stream app area of the forum, we can work on the LG phone. are you accessing the internet using your own home wifi? have you tried on another device? do you have a working and installed X1 set top box in the home?
