TVAPP-00401 error

I'm getting the TVApp-00401 error for a show I was watching minutes before. I've deleted the app and reloaded and it is still occurring. Frustrating as I only had 20 mins left of the six episodes series I was watching.   Any ideas how to clear The error would be greatly appreciated (Something similar happened when I was streaming on my desktop a month ago. And had to call in)

try unplugging your modem/gateway  from AC power for 3+ minutes. plug back in and when it is fully up try again.
