I recently moved and now streaming app on phone says Subscription required TVAPP-00203.
3 digit codes are usually account set up issues (for example not using your own xfinity internet connected gateway/modem. are you able to use a smart phone/tablet to access the TVgo channels in your subscription? are your services already turned on (cable TV/internet) at your new address?
I'm at home using xfinity internet on phone. app doesn't let me watch any channels as it did with same service. I tried redownloading app and everything.
do you get a menu on the app? are the TVgo channels available? completed recordings?
