Streaming down?

I cannot stream anything through my phone. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app. I’ve went to the xfinity streaming on the website and it freezes. I’ve restarted my iPhone. Any other suggestions? Extremely frustrated with this, it has been happening for the last few days. Internet connection is great, no issues with any other apps.

what device and operating system level? what error do you receive? able to log in? get to menu? see recordings? can play recordings?
