Streaming app help

The ability to watch recorded shows and set up a recording, and also the live 2go channels option have disappeared from the menu on the xfinity stream app, did all the troubleshooting and still not working, help

are you using a desk/laptop running windows 10? which browser are you using? have you tried checking the recordings and menus on another smart phone/device signed into your account? Do you have at least one installed and working X1 set top box in your home?
