Stream in the background for Android

There is a setting in the iOS app that allows for audio only/background usage of the Stream app.  Is there a similar setting for Android?  If so, how do you turn it on?  If not, please consider this a request to make it an option.

I've only been able to do 'screen lock' or change to a different non-audio app on iOS devices.
